The building that now is home to Maggie’s Restaurant has been many things over the years; a grocery, pharmacy, clothing and monogramming store. But the history of the location being a restaurant began in 1943. Nellie’s Eat Shop served food to the locals for many years and even provided the local jail with food. The intrigue for us is the spirit of comfort food and the hospitality to neighbors and the satisfaction of creating foods that sustain not only life but friendships.

Maggie’s offers daily and nightly specials along with a menu that has something for everyone. Our Friday Night fish has been recognized as the best in town and holiday brunches have become everyone’s favorite. Our lunch catering program to local companies has been successful since we opened. For employers it is a great benefit to offer. For employees it’s convenient and a treat.
